This was our first time at Plaza Azteca. The first impression was amazing! The Catrina’s murals,the greenery and the happy and helpful faces we saw when we arrived gave us a hint that it was going to be a great lunch.the Mexican folklore vibe all around the establishment and the “banda” music in the background made us feel right at home. We ordered the mixed ceviche, which they prepared in front of you and put it on a “Molcajete”. It was absolutely delicious! the fish was tender and the shrimp with the onions, cilantro, avocado inside a pool of lime juice and jalapenos was out of this world. Make sure to have cash if you wish to tip the server. Then we ordered the chipotle burrito and Tacos Al pastor. The portions were big and if we haven’t had enough we ordered the “Xangos” flour tortillas filled with cream cheese, topped with cinnamon and sugar, a spoon of vainilla bean ice cream with the topping of your liking, I wanted chocolate and the sweet and savory of the dessert deserved a high five from me lol! It was scrumptious. I definitely recommend this place for a family lunch/dinner or even a corporate event. The service was great, our server was the nicest and so was the whole staff. Had a great birthday celebration at this location. Service was very attentive and fulfilled all of our requests. Fresh and tasty food for all of our group. The guacamole was excellent and very fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant. Plenty of seating and great atmosphere.
My family and I love Mexican food. This was amazing!!! Wow, the cheese sauce is to die for. We had Anthony, and our service was equally as amazing. We'll be back!
Everything we got was delicious. My meal was served in a half of a pineapple with steak, chicken, peppers and onions yum! Very good. My mango margarita was spot on good. The strawberry margarita was also delicious. The tacos other people got they liked. Will go there again for sure. This could easily become one of my favorite places to eat.
I really loved the Plaza Azteca in New Jersey, so my family and I decided to try this one in Cumberland County, PA. It was a hit! The Ceviche was exceptional! It was made fresh at the table, and the chips and salsa were fresh as well. Their flan is homemade. Everything checked the boxes. We will be back!
We chose to be proactive and take my mom out two days prior to Mother's Day to avoid the crowd, but the place was still very busy. We only had to wait 25 minutes before we were seated which wasn't at all bad. I kept myself pretty entertained by the great selection of salsa and bachata music playing. We received very excellent service from the hostess, server, the guy who comes around and makes the ceviche right at the table, and from the manager who also made his way around ensuring good quality service and food. We all enjoyed our time and will definitely be returning. They deserve 5 stars for everything. Absolutely loved it! Oh but I must add that there weren't any parking spots left at all. We chose to park at Lowe's and walked up.

Absolutely on point. Fresh flavors, cooked just right, nothing overdone or bland. And the drinks? Nailed it. Not too weak, not too strong - just the perfect pour. If you want a solid spot w great food, great service, & a chill atmosphere, Plaza Azteca is where it’s at. I’m impressed, & I’m definitely coming back.
Had an amazing meal at Plaza Azteca! I got the shrimp fajitas and California fish tacos, and wow both were delicious. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, and the fish tacos were super fresh with just the right balance of crunch and creaminess. Everything tasted so good I didn’t want it to end. The vibe was chill, the service was friendly, and overall, the whole experience was just awesome. Can’t wait to go back!
